Greene County Will Receive Funds From Ohio EPA

Greene County has been awarded a portion of $2.6 million in low-interest loans from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, writes the Fairborn Daily Herald. The loans will be used to help fund the county’s ongoing utilities reinvestment campaign, including replacing 4,200 linear feet of water main from the Grange Hall Booster Station at Woodcover Way to increase pumping capacity, and extending water main from Timberleaf Drive SE to address a dead-end water main.
